Our prices are based on Japanese yen to other currencies.
They fluctuate against the Japanese yen every day by the International Exchange rate.
Please kindly note that the amount of the money you receive in refund may differ from the original amount due to the Exchange rate of the day the transaction is completed.
※You may be charged customs duties depending on the destination country.

■Membership Registration (Free)
・Membership registration is necessary in order to shop at this website.
・Please fill in your information such as delivery address in English alphabet to avoid garbled characters.
・You will need to set a password when creating an account (free). Please handle your password properly.

・Once we complete the shipment, we will send you the shipping notice with the tracking number.
・We do not provide gift wrapping service.

※Regarding Payment error & Payment in Progress order※
If payment error occurs due to Payment failure / back page during payment page, the order status will be in [Status: Payment in Progress] temporiliary.
During business hour, we will contact you by email regarding the changes of payment method.
Once we send you the email, the order status will be in [Status: Payment Failure].
* You can check the order details and order status in My Account ⇒ Order History.

・All payments are settled in Japanese Yen (¥ / JPY / Yen). (Please contact the card company about the terms, exchange rates, timing and handling fee on your own.)
・Credit card, PayPal, Alipay, WeChatPay, and Union pay (one-time payment only) are available.
・For shipment to Australia, only Credit card and PayPal are available.

■Flow from Order to Delivery
【Step 1】
Receive the automated email after checkout.
After checkout, the automated email is sent to the registered email address within 10minutes.

If you cannot receive the automated email in 1 hour, it may due to the following reasons:
・The order checkout is not completed.
・Emails from LOOOK are rejected or go into the spam folder.
・The registered email address is not correct.
・The payment is not completed.
If the payment of order cannot be processed successfully, it will be put under the status of “Payment in progress.” In this case, we need to cancel the order and we will send you an order cancellation email later.
You can check the order status from order history in MY ACCOUNT.

【Step 2】
Receive the order confirmation email from LOOOK. (Subject:【Contact Lens Shop LOOOK】PLEASE READ : Order Confirmation of your recent order)
Please check if all the information such as delivery address and BC/POWER/COLOR are correct.
No reply is needed if all the information of your order is correct.
※The email is written in English.

【Step 3】
Orders are shipped in 2-7 business days.
We will contact you if there is an out of stock item.

【Step 4】
Receive the shipping notice with a tracking number after the shipment is completed.
You can track your package with the tracking number provided. It takes 1-3 business days for the delivery status is reflected on the tracking site.
